Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting a team of Directors, Architects, legal team, and the wider office with a varied administrative workload.
2. Typing, drafting, and producing documents efficiently, and preparing reports.
3. Taking dictation at meetings, using a case management system, formatting, and editing documents.
4. Organising electronic job folders.
5. Answering phones, taking messages, and acting as the first point of contact into the business.
6. Providing administrative support with at least three years of experience.
7. Knowledge of working within the sub-contract, project management, legal, or construction sectors is a distinct advantage.
8. Strong MS Office skills and excellent organisational abilities.
