Set in the heart of a residential community, Park Bryn already benefits from a loyal base of regulars, strong midweek sports and games trade, and consistent weekly sales of over £15k with a balanced wet and dry mix. Known as a friendly and welcoming local, it attracts a broad mix of guests, from established regulars and sports teams to younger customers drawn in by entertainment‑led evenings.
There is clear opportunity to build on this strong foundation. Live music, themed events, and a more structured entertainment calendar offer real potential to drive footfall, while the conservatory space provides flexibility for functions, community use, and food‑led occasions. Combined with the proposed Grandstand transformation later this year, there is significant scope to grow wet‑led trade, increase dwell time, and create a standout social destination in the area.
We’re looking for an experienced, sports‑driven Pub Partner who thrives in high‑energy, wet‑led environments and knows how to create standout guest experiences week in, week out. Previous food experience is essential, with experience operating branded food offers a strong advantage. You’ll be commercially focused, confident leading large teams, and passionate about using sport, atmosphere and great hospitality to drive results and make your pub the place everyone wants to be.
What’s in it for you?
* 22% share of weekly sales (excluding VAT) plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25K (released weekly)
