Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home
Salary: £32,096 - £34,800 inclusive of sleep-ins

We’re looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting children and young people in a home that’s focused on making a real, lasting difference.

What we’re looking for:
* Aged 22 or over (to meet Ofsted regulations)
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare
* A full manual UK driving licence
Your role as a Senior Support Worker:
* Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
* Be a positive role model, helping children build confidence and independence
* Support children who may require high levels of care and supervision
* Lead shifts and provide guidance to the care team
* Ensure placement plans, rotas, risk assessments and safeguarding protocols are followed
* Promote education, emotional wellbeing, and a safe, supportive environment
