SEND Primary School Teaching Assistant – Chichester Location: Chichester (Accessible via bus and train) Hours: 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Pay: £89 per day (PAYE, inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay) Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs and behavioural challenges? Our wonderful SEND primary school in Chichester is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children with a variety of complex needs in small, nurturing classes. Every class is different, but all require compassionate, resilient, and proactive staff. You’ll be working closely with a class teacher and other support staff to deliver personalised care and meaningful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Support children with a range of complex needs, including behavioural challenges. * Assist with personal care tasks where needed. * Help manage classroom behaviour and implement effective strategies. * Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team. * Contribute to creating an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
