The Design Manager Role:
Anexcitingpositionworkingaspartofateammanagingtheday - to - day activities of the design team.
The candidate will be required to have a

attitude and be proactive in their approach.
TheywillreporttotheContractsDirectorandworkcloselywiththeContractsManagers,Production
Manager and sales team.
Attention to detail & accuracy of information is required in this role.
Use of AutoCAD, Microso ft
office is essential a swell as good verbal and written skills.

The Successful Design Manager:
Experience managing a design team is essential. This role will involve the day to day management of an existing team of Designers.
A goodunderstandingof MF(ceiling)systemswouldbehighly beneficial
Adesignflarewouldbeagoodhelp,tobeabletounderstandarchitecturaldetailsandorigination
wouldbeverybeneficial.
Good knowledge of 2D AutoCAD essential but also any 3D related software such as SolidWorks or Revit.
