We are seeking an experienced project manager with a minimum of 6 years in retail and commercial sectors, with expertise in tendering, procurement, client-facing roles, and design adaptation.

Our experienced project management team provides exceptional management services throughout the project lifecycle, whether for new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments, or plant replacements. Our design engineers assist clients in achieving their goals by offering bespoke design options tailored to their buildings, with accreditation from various manufacturers to advise on optimal applications.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects from enquiry to handover to the delivery team.
2. Handle enquiries and tenders, including fully designed or conceptual schemes.
3. Oversee all commercial and estimating aspects of projects.
4. Take ownership of projects, coordinating internal and external resources for successful bids.
5. Assist in developing company systems and procedures.
6. Possess full knowledge of the HVAC industry; knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is desirable.
7. Review tender documentation and design criteria to develop solutions meeting client requirements.
8. Conduct site surveys and liaise with supply chain partners and clients.
9. Coordinate designs with professionals and suppliers, procure quotes, and evaluate costs.
10. Create presentation documents covering designs, specifications, costs, and risk assessments.
11. Present proposals and negotiate contract terms.
12. Handover projects to the delivery team, highlighting key partners and risks.
13. Participate in meetings pre- and post-contract to support delivery and client confidence.
14. Previous construction sector experience and strong IT skills are essential.
15. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
