Temporary senior team assistant, global boutique investment team

An opportunity has opened up for an Assistant to join a highly collaborative boutique investment team in the heart of London.

You’ll be right at the centre of a fast-moving, client-facing environment, supporting a group of Managing Directors, Senior Associates, and VPs who rely on your organisation and energy to keep everything running seamlessly. This is a team where Assistants are genuinely valued, and collaboration isn’t just encouraged, it’s part of the culture.

We’re looking for someone proactive, sharp, and confident in the investment world, with at least 5 years’ experience as an Assistant, including a minimum of 2 years within the investment sector.

You’ll thrive in a role where no two days are the same, juggling packed diaries, coordinating across global time zones, and orchestrating complex international travel with ease.

Your duties will include, but are not limited too:

• Extensive diary and calendar management for MD level and wider team support
• Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Organising complex international and domestic travel arrangements
• Booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Supporting colleagues and providing cover where needed
• Assisting with day-to-day team coordination and administration

12 month assignment | 5 days in office | Overtime Pay | £26 inclusive of holiday pay
