Area Manager
Location: Northampton and surrounding areas
Salary: £60,000.00‑£70,000.00
Role Description
A full‑time on‑site role for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain quality control across various facilities. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling staff, addressing client requirements, performing safety inspections, and handling operational challenges efficiently. The role also involves fostering client relationships and upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional service quality.
Qualifications
* Leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in staff scheduling and performance monitoring
* Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
* Client relationship management skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance relevant to cleaning services
* Proficiency in using tools or systems for scheduling and operations management
* BICS certification or equivalent is a plus
* Experience in a similar role or industry‑specific expertise
* Flexibility to adapt to client and operational requirements
