Responsibilities
Managing the L&D function, supporting training activities, and key projects. Your role is vital in training and developing individuals across various subjects, ensuring the workforce can adeptly meet evolving business needs
Requirements
1. Lead learning strategies and programmes across the organisation
2. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of mandatory training through various mediums
3. Collaborate with the wider business to assess individual and organisational development needs using the company appraisal procedure
4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, PDPs, KPI training, and other required sessions with the help of trainers and system trainers
5. Innovate and implement diverse learning methods business-wide, from job shadowing to online training
6. Build strong working relationships with colleagues and external training providers
7. Evaluate, develop, and manage induction training processes alongside Departmental Managers
