Overview
We are looking for a Systems Officer - Customer Success to drive the continued improvement of Loughborough Sport's customer service. This role sits in the Strategic Insights & Solutions Team and supports the delivery of key business functions including facility hire, sports club bookings, event management, and gym membership schemes.
Role details
Full time (37 hours per week) and open-ended, with a shift allowance of 5%.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of core business functions: facility hire, sports club bookings, event management, and gym membership schemes.
* Provide front-of-house and back-of-house customer service; primarily via online channels and in-person in sport facilities.
* Assist colleagues with troubleshooting system issues in a front-of-house environment; be the first point of contact during evenings and weekends as part of a rotating shift pattern.
* Help set and uphold standards of excellent customer service.
* Embrace new systems and technologies to solve customer problems.
* Contribute to putting the customer at the centre of all activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience with leisure management systems such as Legend by Xplor, Gladstone or XN is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills; customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating shift; comfortable in a front-of-house role.
Contract and Benefits
Full time (37 hours per week), open-ended contract with a shift allowance of 5%. Salary Grade 4 from £26,527 to £28,381 per annum, subject to annual pay award. Closing date: 14 September 2025. Interview date: w/c 22 September 2025.
