The Opportunity
As Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles. You will operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring the business attracts and secures top talent in a competitive market.
This role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and the support of an established TA function within a well structured and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a high volume of vacancies
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Developing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-moving environment
Driving direct sourcing initiatives and reducing agency reliance where possible
Enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Ensuring compliance with recruitment best practice and company policyAbout You
Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role at a senior level
Experience managing high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Confident handling multiple roles and competing priorities
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
