Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Snetterton
My client in Snetterton is looking for a Bookkeeper on a short term basis (2 months).
You'll be reporting into the Group Finance Director and support a junior accounts assistant in their work.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Accounts payable, including entering purchase invoices onto the accounting system
Raising sales invoices and sending to customers
Credit checks for new customer accounts
Credit control, including issuing payment reminders to customers and escalating non-payment of invoices where necessary
Monthly bank reconciliations
Monthly credit card reconciliations
Entering employee expense claims onto the accounting system
Posting journals for accruals and prepayments
Issuing monthly management reports and KPI tracking reports
Ensure compliance with financial controls and processes
Any other finance tasks as determined by the Managing Director or Group Finance Director
Pay can be flexible depending on your experience.
