Job Description
CareerMakers Recruitment, a leading name in the transportation and logistics industry, is currently hiring experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our growing team. We’re proud to work with a highly reputable logistics partner known for operational excellence and driver satisfaction.

Position Details
* Role: Class 1 HGV Driver
*
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
* Pay:
* £15.50 per hour (basic PAYE)
* £17.37 per hour (including holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
* Operate Class 1 HGV vehicles in a safe and professional manner
* Deliver goods on time, maintaining high service standards
* Follow all transport regulations and health & safety protocols
* Work collaboratively with the wider logistics and warehouse team
Requirements
* Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
* Minimum 2 years of Class 1 HGV driving experience
* Valid CPC and Tachograph card
* Strong commitment to safety and regulations
* Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
