About the Role We’re looking for a senior commercial leader to own Aspen’s hospitality vertical. This is a growth role in the truest sense — you’ll be building something. Our hospitality customer base is established and performing, and we’re now investing properly in its expansion. You’ll lead the commercial strategy, own the most important relationships, bring in new hotel and hospitality customers, and line manage an Account Executive to execute the vertical’s growth plan. Manage, develop, and support the Account Executive in executing the vertical’s growth plan. Drive new business acquisition within the hospitality sector. Maintain executive-level relationships with key hospitality customers. Lead complex deal negotiations and coordinate internal teams to support major opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline, account plans, and forecasts within HubSpot. Skills & Experience Essential Proven track record in a senior commercial role managing strategic accounts. Experience in or strong familiarity with the hospitality sector. Confident at C-suite and director-level engagement. Experience managing or mentoring commercial team members. Desirable Background in IT, managed services, or technology solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft solutions and managed service models. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
