About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share meaningful moments with residents. Each day will be varied and rewarding, with duties ranging from supporting residents with food and drink and following care plans to ensuring one-to-one time with residents. This role offers an opportunity to apply your skills in a meaningful way and develop your career.
As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when needed (e.g., for annual leave or sick leave), hours and days worked will vary.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
