The ideal candidate willpossess a deep understanding of the need for truly inclusive education,particularly for children with Autism and profound hearing loss. You will beskilled in providing tailored support that empowers our pupils, fostering theirindependence and enhancing their communication skills.

Ifyou have the skills to teach pupils with complex needs to the highest qualityand to embed a learning culture that enables children to become enthusiasticand independent learners, then this is the role for you!
Minimum requirement level 1 BSL,although level 2 or above is preferred.
Experience of working with children with Autismand/or Complex Communication Needs.
Be ready for anexciting challenge, supporting a class teacher to lead their class and a smallteam of Level 1 Learning Support Assistants.
