Role Overview
We are looking for a PM TransportSupervisorto oversee transport operations, ensuring efficient fleet management, strong team coordination, and high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operation of the transport fleet
* Supervise and support the driver team
* Ensure handover of goods and loadout runs on time and efficiently
* Maintain high standards of customer service
* Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
* Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and issues
Requirements
* Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
* Strong team management and organisational skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
