The key focus of the Sales Manager is to source, nurture and convert clients for the Trusted Team. The ideal candidate should be someone who is energised and self- motivated to drive forward the growth of the business. We are also looking for someone is who is confident in communicating with clients through all mediums, including written copy, on the telephone and face-to-face. Your Role The main function of Sales Manager is to assist the Marketing Manager in delivering the companys marketing objectives and goals, specifically by generating and nurturing sound business leads through social media, events, digital marketing and networking. You will also assist with client relationship management and help to encourage existing customers to get the most from their membership and introduce new leads into the business. In d u e course, there will also be the opportunity to progress into a salaried, trainee coach role. The key functions of the role include: Learning our sales and coaching process, to deliver a high-level service to our members and delegates. Creating, delivering and managing social media campaigns to attract new leads into the business. Assisting in the delivery of online and in person workshops, entertainment events and exhibitions. Nurturing existing client relationships and managing our member s contracts, expectations and concerns. Attending networking events to meet new, potential clients and representing our brand. Managing our digital assets to drive traffic and enhance user experience. Repurposing copy and concepts to attract new audiences, in various mediums. Organising and conducting sales meetings and telephone conversations. Learning the coaching process for future progression opportunities. Key Skills Excellent customer service skills and the ability and drive to go above and beyond clients expectations. A good working knowledge of social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on delivering paid adverts. Either previous experience in a similar role, or transferable skills such as customer service. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. A professional, energetic and compassionate attitude. Self-motivation and a thirst to expand knowledge and grow professionally. Adaptability and a flexible approach to change and development. A high level of computer literacy. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Keap, Brevo, Sales Force or Mail Chimp, as examples, would be advantageous. You will also need to be comfortable using web conferencing software and Microsoft Office. A working knowledge of digital marketing, including AI, and how to impact positive conversion rates. Remuneration Commission Only Basis, with 15 % on all successful sales, from new leads or existing customers. Location Work from home, but living close to London would be beneficial, as we have a large network of potential clients here and access to networking groups and events.
