Location: South East England (ideally along the A2/M2 corridor)
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum + 10% discretionary bonus

We re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to join a growing team delivering innovative in-building connectivity solutions across the UK.
As a Field Engineer, you ll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of cabling systems and associated containment, as well as equipment and wireless access points. You ll play a vital role in upholding high standards of safety, quality, and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Install, terminate, and troubleshoot in-building communications systems across multiple sites.
Carry out cabling activities including copper (CAT5E, CAT6, CAT6A) and fibre installations.
Deploy wireless equipment, including at height where required.
Contribute to safety and quality standards, implementing and maintaining best practices.
What We re Looking For
Proven experience in structured cabling and system testing.
Strong knowledge of copper and fibre optic cabling installation and fault-finding.
Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
Full UK driving licence (clean) and able to drive a 3.5T van.
Relevant qualifications preferred (e.g. CSCS/ECS, Working at Height, SSSTS/SMSTS).
