The vacancy
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Student Information Services directorate at Doncaster campus, specifically to work within Curriculum and Timetabling Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our student curriculum data management and timetabling processes. This post is for 3 days per week – Friday plus 2 days subject to negotiation with successful candidate.
Scope and Purpose of the Role: As an Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Timetabling and Course Planning Team. Your main role will be input of timetable information into our college database system and responding to requests and queries from our internal stakeholders. You will also be involved in creation and amendments to course and programme data.
This vacancy is working 3 days per week (21.5 hours). The actual salary is £14,457- £14,855 per annum
Essential Criteria:
1. Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (or willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification) or equivalent experience.
2. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
3. Proficiency in using IT tools, including Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
6. Manage timetabling and curriculum set-up.
7. Maintain accurate and timely student data using college systems.
8. Liaise with staff to ensure all required information is provided.
9. Provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders.

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
