Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ECO Submissions Administrator to support the compliance and submissions process for government-funded retrofit programmes such as ECO4 and GBIS.
In this role, you’ll ensure that all submissions are completed accurately, fully compliant, and submitted on time to funding partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams — including surveyors, installers, and Retrofit Coordinators — to gather, verify, and upload all required evidence and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit documentation for ECO4 and GBIS schemes
*
Check installation photos, EPRs, and certificates to ensure compliance
*
Liaise with colleagues to resolve missing or incorrect information
*
Upload and manage submission files using PAS Hub or similar platforms
*
Stay informed on Ofgem guidance and funding partner updates
*
Support audit preparation and assist with funding claims
About You
*
Minimum 1 year’s experience in ECO submissions, compliance, or a related admin role
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDFs, and CRM systems
*
Working knowledge of ECO4, PAS 2035, or related frameworks is desirable
*
Positive, proactive approach with the ability to work well within a team
What’s on Offer

£26,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Performance-related bonus with potential to reach £33,000 OTE
