* Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
* Lead, mentor & supervise the care team
* Champion child-centred, trauma-informed care
* Ensure safeguarding & compliance standards are met
* Be part of an inclusive, supportive leadership team
What Youll Need:
* QCF Level 3 (Level 5 desirable / willing to work toward)
* 2+ years experience in residential childcare
* 1+ year in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership, communication & safeguarding knowledge
