Our client is a long established manufacturing company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for a Weighbridge Operator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Adhere to all site and company Health and Safety regulations.
· To be familiar with the requirements and implications of the Health and Safety at Work Act
· Maintain any written or computer records required of the job by AB Neo or UFAS operating procedures.
· Manage planned intakes and dispatch of raw material and finish products
· Inspection and sampling of raw materials, carrying out various raw material and finish product testing as required by the Quality team.
· Setting up the intake system to discharge raw materials to the correct bins · Complete all compliance, traceability and audit paperwork
· Cover for the Logistics & Production Planner & FLT drivers as needed · Carry out weekly fire safety checks and update safety records
· · Complete static and portable ladder checks in line with safety regulations.
· · Understand UFAS standards, working to exceed standards required.
· · Notify Maintenance team of any plant defects
· · Maintenance and Good housekeeping of weighbridge and overall site
You should:
· Have previous experience in Manufacturing or a Weighbridge Environment
· Have experience of working to Health and Safety regulations
· Experience of production planning
You must:
· Have experience of adhering to Quality Standards
· Have good communication skills. With the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
· IT Skills

Shifts are 10 hours Monday to Thursday / 8 hours Fri.
FLT License desired but not essential.
