This role is based within a supported living service located in Wrexham, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals who primarily have learning and/or physical disabilities. What you’ll be doing: You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes, and also in accessing the community. Personal care is required for some individuals. You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
