Role Overview:
As our Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, managing staff, enhancing the customer experience, and implementing strategies to boost sales and expand business operations. Your leadership will be central to achieving our growth targets and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
• Oversee daily retail operations including sales, customer service, inventory control, and showroom presentation.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow customer base.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and support staff development.
• Manage pricing strategies, vehicle promotions, and customer finance packages.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, finance providers, and service partners.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and up-to-date stock offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Prepare regular sales reports and business performance updates for senior management.

• Proven experience in retail or dealership management, preferably in used car sales.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering a premium buying experience.
• Understanding of vehicle finance options and legal compliance.
• Competence in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
