What You Can Expect
As a Sales Representative, you will help achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory and represent the Company professionally. You will build relationships with Healthcare Professionals while adhering to Company policies. Your goal will be to attain regional sales targets and exceed company turnover, maintaining and growing profitability through proper pricing policies.
How You'll Create Impact
* Sell exclusively the Company's range of products as directed by management strategies.
* Develop close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel in your territory.
* Provide or facilitate training in the use of Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures or patient interventions.
* Follow up on leads or visits promptly, as directed by the Sales Manager.
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
* Acquire necessary knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products to be effective.
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required.
* Care for samples or instrumentation assigned to you.
* Participate in stock checks of FOC instrumentation and consignment stocks when needed.
What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience in selling within the Medical Devices sector.
* Understanding of technical medical language and anatomy to interact effectively with surgeons and theatre staff.
* Full knowledge of the divisional product portfolio.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability to various environments.
* Educated to minimum 'A' level or equivalent; a business degree or similar is preferred.
* Knowledge of the territory, hospitals, and relevant personnel.
Your Background
* Proven selling and negotiating techniques with sound business acumen.
* Strong presentation, customer-centric, relationship, and communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel regularly within the territory by car.
* Potential for occasional international travel and overnight stays.
* Clean driving license essential.
