Where you will be working
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What you\'ll be doing
* You\'ll manage the Reinstatement Framework Subcontractors in terms of Payment Application assessment, certification and payment
* You\'ll manage the subcontract liabilities on the contract and highlight any costs that should be escalated and paid for by the Client monthly.
* You\'ll manage the Excluded Items Payment Application to the Client Reinstatement Materials
What you\'ll bring
* Do you have MS Project experience?
* Do you hold a Quantity Surveying qualification? This is desirable.
* Are you someone who can have a positive attitude and be a team player?
* Do you have the ability to work autonomously and hit targets?
