MAXIMO Coach Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching, training, assistance, and advice on the Maximo Maintenance Management System (MMS).
* Support all disciplines and management to ensure knowledgeable and efficient use of Maximo.
* Travel onshore and offshore to train, coach, and support Maximo users.
* Assess personnel in Maximo competency for CNRI's Competence Management & Development System.
* Resolve issues and support requests related to Maximo scope.
* Plan, communicate, and organize support activities effectively.
* Review and act on outputs from the Maximo audit system.
* Track and implement lessons learned and system issues.
* Verify critical equipment specifications and material management within Maximo.
* Work with platform personnel to ensure work orders are prepared, scheduled, and ready for execution.
* Aim to reduce work order backlog and develop system improvements.
* Support critical tasks remotely and outside normal hours if needed.
* Commit to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
* Relevant computer courses and qualifications.
