The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing essential administrative support to the transport department. This position requires a proactive individual with strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette, who can manage various tasks efficiently.
This is a temp-perm position for the right candidate

Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm
£15.50ph - £15ph
Duties
 * Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the transport department
 * Manage phone calls and correspondence, ensuring professional communication at all times
 * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
 * Support with compliance
 * Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required
 * Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
 * Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives
Requirements
 * Transport Admin experience is essential
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 * Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
 * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
 * Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
