2nd Line Support Engineer Coventry – Up to £30,000 Managed Service Provider Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to step up in a thriving and supportive MSP environment? A well-established Managed Service Provider based in Coventry is looking to add a confident and capable 2nd Line Engineer to their growing support team. With over 15 years in the industry, they’ve built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality IT services to a broad range of clients, and they’re now looking for someone to grow with them as they continue to expand. What you’ll be doing: Providing 2nd Line support across a variety of customer environments Working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory Managing and troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions using Datto Monitoring, automation and patch management using Kaseya Supporting networking infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs Escalating complex issues to 3rd Line where appropriate and working closely with senior engineers What they’re looking for: Strong experience in a 2nd Line or similar technical support role Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments Hands-on experience with Kaseya and Datto (or similar RMM/backup tools) Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) A proactive mindset and great communication skills Why join?
