About the Opportunity
Gleeds is a leading global property and construction consultancy with a long heritage of delivering award‑winning projects worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Construction Data Analyst to provide data‑analytic solutions utilizing Power Apps to clients on major construction and infrastructure projects. The role is permanent, full‑time and hybrid.
Based in our Manchester office (or one of our other listed offices), you will join a team of experienced Data Analysts focused on delivering innovative, novel solutions to clients across the energy, infrastructure, solar, hydrogen, nuclear, renewables and defence sectors.
As Data Analyst you will:
* Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation, including the use of business information tools.
* Identify, collect and migrate data to and from a range of systems.
* Manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies.
* Manipulate and link different data sets.
* Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for users.
* Collaborate across projects, supporting each other’s initiatives and engaging in wider business activities as part of a flexible and varied team.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in data analytics, data modelling and data visualisation.
* Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, SQL to manipulate databases.
* Experience with data tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
* Strong experience developing Power App solutions.
* Ideally, experience delivering data and reporting roles within the built environment.
* Ideally holding an HNC, HND or degree in Construction Management, Data Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
