A growing luxury skincare brand is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Skincare Consultant to support its launch within a prestigious department store environment in the heart of Knightsbridge. This position will initially be offered on a temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate based on performance and business requirements.
The role
The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting the successful establishment of the brand within a premium retail setting. This role requires proven experience as a skincare consultant, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
* Represent the brand to the highest professional standard
* Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised skincare consultations
* Drive retail sales and consistently meet and exceed performance targets
* Actively promote products and convert consultations into sales
* Build strong relationships with clients and retail partners
* Support brand awareness and customer loyalty initiatives
* Maintain in-depth product knowledge and participate in training activities
* Ensure compliance with all retailer policies and brand guidelines
How you\'ll dazzle us
* Proven experience working as a skincare consultant in a luxury retail environment
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and consistently achieve targets
* Availability to work three days per week in a premium department store setting
* Preferred working days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (subject to change in line with brand and retailer activity)
* Must be approved by the retailer and/or successfully complete the approval process
* Minimum of three years’ experience in luxury skincare within a department store setting
* Strong track record of delivering retail success
* Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
* Professional presentation and strong brand representation
* Mandarin language skills
Desirable Criteria
* Experience supporting a developing or emerging luxury brand
* Proven ability to drive retail sales growth
* NVQ Level 3 Aesthetician qualification
