Package: £60k-£85k dependent on historical results, experience and alignment with role specification.

Exceptional commission structure: Commission (100%-200% uplift)

Dynamic Search Solutions are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing technology business that’s making waves in the IT and Network Services space. Following continued success and expansion, they’re seeking an experienced Sr Account Manager or Account Director to lead client engagement & develop accounts, through customer satisfaction and delivering market leading IT Services.

Based in a modern, collaborative Central London office (with flexible hybrid working), this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the Enterprise Sales Team and play a pivotal part in mentoring and developing the next generation of sales professionals.


Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to drive growth across a number of enterprise customers, while also playing a key role in strategic new business acquisition.

This position provides the opportunity deeply understand each customer, expand relationships, and identify new opportunities across our core portfolio — Enterprise Networking, Cloud Services, EUC, and Security.

Alongside account expansion, you will be responsible for winning new enterprise customers, supported by dedicated lead generation and marketing activity. New business is targeted and strategic, focused on high-value, long-term managed service and professional service engagements rather than transactional sales.

You will lead complex enterprise deals end to end, from early engagement through to close, working closely with technical specialists, delivery teams, and professional services to shape compelling, outcome-led propositions. Increasing MRR, expanding footprint, and establishing trusted partnerships will be central to your success.


Person

You are an experienced Sr Account Manager, Enterprise Account Director or Senior Enterprise Sales professional who thrives in a hybrid role that blends account growth with new business.

You have proven experience in:

* Selling enterprise managed services and professional services
* Winning new enterprise customers through consultative, strategic sales
* Growing existing accounts and increasing recurring revenue

You are comfortable selling across Enterprise Networking, Cloud Services, EUC, and Security, and can articulate how these capabilities combine to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You bring structure, commercial discipline, and energy, with the ability to build pipelines from both existing relationships and targeted new opportunities.
