Job Summary
A GP with a passion for primary care and healthcare innovation is invited to join Spectrum as a Lead GP. The role is full‑time or part‑time, with flexible working patterns and benefits of NHS employment, including NHS pension and time‑served inducements. Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and support to members of the prison healthcare team.
* Oversee the development and delivery of GP clinical services on site in partnership with the Head of Healthcare and North West Regional Lead GP.
* Deliver face‑to‑face primary care and complex case care planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Support the implementation of an innovative, digitally enabled, future‑focused primary care model in collaboration with Spectrum’s clinical leaders in Medical Education, Clinical Substance Misuse and Remote Clinical working.
