The Role:
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create personalised learning plans
Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
A degree in Psychology (2:2 or above)
A genuine interest in education and training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resilience, empathy, and patience
Ideally having experience working with SEN children
