This role is part of the UK expansion of a Nordic precious metals purchasing company operating in UK and several European markets. The service focuses on scheduled private customer appointments where gold jewelry and small gold items are professionally evaluated and purchased following regulated procedures.
We are now recruiting 1-2 full-time Van Driver Agents to operate the service in UK. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role that combines customer interaction, sales, mobility, precise evaluation work, and responsibility for valuable items.
All training, tools, equipment, and operational processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive a company van to customer appointments within your assigned area
* Attend pre-booked, confirmed customer visits – no cold calling or door-knocking
* Conduct on-site evaluation of gold jewellery using company-provided testing and pricing tools.
* Use company procedures and pricing tools to calculate accurate purchase offers
* Negotiate and finalise the purchase with customers following company guidelines
* Complete purchases using company-authorized payment methods (secure digital transfer) in accordance with internal compliance procedures
* Maintain accurate digital documentation and daily reporting
* Operate in full compliance with company security protocols, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, and applicable Polish regulations related to precious metals purchasing
* Represent the brand professionally at every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving license and working permit
* Strong customer-facing skills with the confidence to negotiate and maintain trust
* Good numeracy and comfort with weights, pricing and basic calculations
* Reliability, integrity and high personal responsibility – you will handle valuables
* Solid work ethic and ability to manage a structured daily schedule
* Clear spoken and written English language
* Ability to pass a detailed background check
* Previous experience in field sales, mobile work, delivery, jewellery, pawnbroking, finance or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
