Job Title: Social Worker Advanced Practitioner within Children & Families Team
Contract: Ongoing Full Time/Part Time

What you will do:
- Take a lead role in delivering and maintaining high-quality services for children and families
- Manage and assess a protected caseload of children and young people with complex needs, risks, and vulnerabilities
- Actively promote and support quality control and improvement activities within the team and service
- Mentor and support less experienced team members through sharing expertise and knowledge
- Facilitate case conferences and inter-agency liaison to ensure the best outcomes for clients
