As the Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of core finance processes, providing accurate financial data, and supporting month-end and year-end reporting. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and organised Finance Coordinator to support the finance team with day-to-day financial operations and reporting. Description Finance Coordinator Coordinate daily finance activities including accounts payable and receivable support Processing invoices, credit notes & general admin work Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry Monitor cash flow and update daily cash reports Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing of invoices Assist with preparation of VAT returns and other statutory submissions Maintain fixed asset register and support with CAPEX tracking Profile A successful Finance Coordinator should have: Previous experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Coordinator) Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable Good understanding of core accounting principles Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage) Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Job Offer A competitive salary range of approximately £25,200 - £28,800.
