About the Role
As a Team Leader, youll take the lead in overseeing the dayAEUR'toAEUR'day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, smooth operations and strong teamwork.
Your role will include:
* Supporting, guiding and motivating staff
* Ensuring highAEUR'quality support for the people who use our services
* Maintaining professional, accurate records
* Being part of the OnAEUR'Call rota (A GBP 10 per session)
* Covering sleepAEUR'ins where required (A GBP 60 per sleepAEUR'in)
Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or those who are willing to work towards it.

Shaftesbury Netteswell Bungalows is a warm, supportive residential setting made up of six selfAEUR'contained bungalows for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
