The Vendor Co-ordinator role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Job Purpose
This role acts as primary liaison between our internal teams and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), ensuring seamless alignment between ISV roadmaps and our program timelines. You will manage upgrade planning and execution, ensure compatibility and readiness of ISV solutions, and drive automation in testing and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate all ISV-related activities across the D365 program lifecycle
2. Own the ISV upgrade planning and execution, ensuring timely and compliant rollouts
3. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve ISV runbooks and operational documentation
4. Track and manage the ISV compatibility matrix across environments and D365 modules
5. Collaborate with vendors to stay informed on ISV product roadmaps, release notes, and schedules
6. Communicate upcoming ISV changes to relevant business and technical stakeholders
7. Work closely with DevOps teams to automate ISV testing processes, reducing manual effort and risk
