Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 plus benefits
Due to continued success, our client, a dynamic, multi-site engineering organisation wishes to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their Monaghan office.
This is a new, permanent HR Advisor role offering an attractive salary and benefits.
The successful Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver a high performing, employee focused HR service

The Role:
* Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law (ROI and/or NI)
* Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence
* Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns and support onboarding
* Coordinate training and development activities and contribute to wider L&D strategy
* Assist in implementing HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture-building activities
* Deliver accurate HR reporting and contribute to strategic HR projects
The Person:
* 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* Experienced in managing ER casework
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
* Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
