Our client, a leader in the Infrastructure sector, is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Reporting Assistant to support the procurement and commercial functions on a major infrastructure project in Dublin.
Duration: Initial 6-month contract
Pay: Up to £450 p/day (Inside IR35)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Travel & Expenses covered)
Location: DublinAs a Commercial Reporting Assistant, you'll act as the first point of contact for procurement and commercial reporting, preparing and distributing progress and performance reports, coordinating with Project Controls, and supporting document management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and distribute monthly procurement progress and performance reports.
Coordinate reporting schedules with Project Controls and Performance Teams.
Gather, validate, and consolidate information from internal teams and other functions.
Support document management and ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of corporate information.This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering Ireland's most transformative public transport project.
Key Requirements:
Experience in reporting or document management within procurement or commercial functions.
Strong experience with document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Maximo, or similar).
Background in construction, rail, or infrastructure projects.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
