The postholder will help prepare students for placement, coordinate key placement processes, support practice educators, and contribute to student wellbeing and progression.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills, experience working in a professional environment such as health, social care, sport or education, and confidence using digital systems to manage information. Experience supporting learners and completing administrative tasks is important.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and placement partners, helping to prepare and support students to become confident, capable professionals and contributing to the development of the future Welsh workforce.
The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh (spoken and written) is essential, as the post supports bilingual provision across all programmes.
If you want to make a real difference to student journeys and the quality of practice learning, we welcome your application.
