Job Description Engineering Administrator Location: High Wycombe Term: Permanent Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum A growing engineering and manufacturing company in High Wycombe is looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to support their production and quality teams. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. The Engineering Administrator will ideally have the following: Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment Strong administrative and organisational skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with handling purchase orders and production schedules Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively The Engineering Administrator role will involve: Assisting with production coordination and scheduling Controlling and tracking purchase orders and supplier deliveries Supporting the Quality Manager with documentation and audits Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Handling general office administration, including filing and data entry Updating systems and maintaining accurate records If you are an organised and motivated administrator with experience in engineering or manufacturing, please apply with your CV, availability, and salary expectations.
