Note: This position is available to internal applicants only. About the role The Member Engagement Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Member Engagement Desk. This position will be responsible for all transactions, conducted during their shift which includes but is not limited to, accurate eftpos procedures, program, venue and membership enquiries and processing the enquiries with our systems, as well as complaints handling. Whether in person, via phone or email you will ensure patrons receive a friendly, focused and fulfilling service.
