Within our B2B business unit we are on a period of growth. As part of this journey, we want to ensure data and business performance underpins every strategic decision we make. We are therefore seeking a motivated Insight and Performance Analyst to join our B2B Performance & Contract Management team. Their primary role will be to support the development of our transformation plans through the interpreting of complex data sets in order to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Senior Insight and Performance Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

1. Perform data analysis and apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights.
2. Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, visualisations, and presentations.
3. Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
