Air Freight Coordinator

Join a well-established, multi-modal freight forwarding company as an Air Freight Coordinator, managing end-to-end air import and export operations from their Heathrow office.
What youll do:
1. Coordinate air import and export shipments from booking through to delivery
2. Prepare and process air freight documentation, including AWBs and customs paperwork
3. Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays or issues proactively
4. Communicate shipment updates and handle client queries professionally
5. Liaise with internal operations, network and sales teams
6. Support process improvement and provide holiday cover when required
