The Deputy Home Manager will: Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight for the Nursing and Care teams. Support the Home Manager with clinical operations, including resident assessments and stakeholder liaison. Lead and participate in clinical review meetings and residents'/relatives’ meetings. Deliver training, mentoring, and supervision to staff, ensuring high standards of care. Oversee medication management, care plans, and risk assessments. Support rota planning and participate in the on-call rota as needed. Investigate incidents and address complaints to promote safe care. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for compliance and improvement.
