Note: This is initially a Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover role, expected to start on Monday 4th August 2025 (subject to referencing and vetting checks) and expire around 31st October 2026.
As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be a key member of the Safety & Compliance team. You will work closely with department managers to support all aspects of Quality and Compliance.
Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Conducting regular internal audits and inspections to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
* Performing all internal and external audits in line with the Internal Audit Programme.
* Developing and managing the Internal Audit Programme.
* Investigating reports of potential non-compliance.
* Managing all aspects of the Document Management Systems.
* Embodying the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting the needs of the business as required.
Thinking about whether you’re suitable? Here are the essential skills and experience required for this key role:
* Recognised internal auditor qualification in Airport or Airline Operations.
* Strong knowledge of EASA / CAA regulations.
* Working knowledge of CAP 168, 642, and aerodrome certification management.
* Recognised train the trainer qualification.
* Strong understanding of health & safety (HSG 65) legislation.
