An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Risk & Compliance to join a reputable leader in its market!

This is a hybrid role, working 3/4 times per month in the office.
AS Head of Risk & Compliance, your responsibilities will include:
* Leadership: Steering the Risk & Compliance ship, ensuring it's not just afloat but cruising smoothly.
* Regulatory Navigation: Liaising with the FCA, PRA, and the Central Bank of Ireland, positioning the company as a model of regulatory engagement.
* Framework Development: Building and refining risk and compliance frameworks that are both robust and adaptable.
* Cultural Influence: Embedding a culture where compliance isn't feared but embraced.
* Strategic Input: Providing insights that influence business decisions, not just rubber-stamping them.
We’re looking for a Head of Risk & Compliance with:
* Experience in senior roles in risk and compliance within the financial services or insurance sectors.
* Familiarity with SMF4 and SMF16 responsibilities and have possibly dealt with PCF12 and PCF14 roles.
* The ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies.
* A policy enforcer & a business enabler.
* The gravitas to influence at all levels, from the boardroom to the break room.
